I started Arroyo Casa because the homes in this valley deserve to be read, not just listed. Each one has an era, a style, and a story. My job is to know them, and to represent the buyers and sellers who see them the same way.
Arroyo Casa is a working library of San Gabriel Valley residential architecture, written to be read before it is searched. Eleven styles, twenty-three architects, twenty-one communities, and the business of buying, selling, and owning the houses they made, every page anchored to the public record. I spent twenty years building custom homes, 1978 to 1998, finish carpentry the trade I went deepest on, and I have held a California real estate license since 1990. When a page here describes how a house goes together or what it should bring, I am writing from both sides of that sentence.
